The West Pittwater RFS as a water brigade have often done things a little differently. Now it seems they have enlisted the help of Pirates…
A Pirates’ Treasure Market will be held as a fund raiser on Sunday February 25th at Elvina Bay Reserve – 10am – 2pm.
The Market has a ‘double barrelled’ vision. Firstly to raise money for the RFS and equally as important; to reduce landfill by repurposing fine pre-owned wares.
The market is not a Trash and Treasure – it’s a Treasure and More Treasure Market.
It promises to be a great ‘offshore’ day for the whole family with activities for the kids as well as the mandatory Sausage Sizzle.
In addition to the market stalls there will be:
- Roaming musikers serenadin’ ye with sea shanties that’ll make yer timbers shiver!
- Sausage Sizzle
- Best dressed Pirate Parade for young and old
- Artists’ work on offer
- Children’s Activities – colouring in fun, pirate hat making workshop, pirate parade with a prize on offer…between 11:30am — 1:00pm!.
Seller Registration Now Open
If you want to lighten the load and sell some of your treasures (not trash please) you can register online for a table or three.
Seller registration closes Friday 16th February.
Proceeds from table bookings go to support the West Pittwater Rural Fire Brigade (RFS). Proceeds from your sales are entirely yours unless you’re feeling generous and want to donate to the RFS (or any other deserving entity).
