After postponing the Lovett Bay Fire Shed dinner due to forecast rain for the 4th, the dinner was held on a balmy Saturday night on the 11th.
A hundred and twenty four came along to enjoy a great night out at the fund raising dinner for the West Pittwater Rural Fire Brigade.
The weather on the night could not have been better and everyone enjoyed the delicious three course dinner.
A big thank you to Susan Wallace for once again overseeing the culinary delights for the night and to James Wallace and Tala Dijani for the antipasto to start the meal.
The local singing group The Bay Boys, under the direction of Rod Ηeard, performed a number of songs with the dinner guests joining in to sing along on some of the songs.
Thanks to all the volunteers who helped setting out the tables and chairs, putting up the lights, cooking, serving the dinner and then cleaning up after the event.
Rachel Dulson once again was the photographer for the night and took some excellent photos that capture the spirit of the evening.
