You are invited to join us for a Community AED Instruction and Demonstration. This event is organised by The West Pittwater Rural Fire Brigade and aims to provide basic instruction on Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use to help save lives in emergency situations.

During the event, you will learn how to properly operate an AED, which is a portable device that can deliver an electric shock to the heart in case of sudden cardiac arrest. AEDs are simple to use and can greatly increase the chances of survival for someone experiencing a cardiac emergency.

This event is open to RFS, CFU and all members of our community, regardless of prior medical training or experience. It will be conducted by certified instructors who will provide hands-on training and guidance. Light refreshments will be provided.
