Water is the main component of the human body… In fact, we are composed of around 70% water!

Adequate and regular water consumption has many health benefits including:

  • Mental function & focus… improves your mood
  • Relieves fatigue
  • Improves skin function & tone
  • Helps Digestion
  • Assists in weight loss
  • Helps flushes out toxins in your body

As an added plus, water has no calories, fat, carbohydrates or sugar!

Your Challenge

Many people ask… How much water should I be drinking each day? As a guide to maintaining optimal hydration, multiply your body weight by 3% and this will be the number of litres to consume e.g. Your weight is 70kg X 3% = 2.1L per day

So let’s get drinking our beautiful natural water available to us in the Bays, ideally use a glass bottle… not plastic (You can buy glass bottles with a “swing top” cap from bargain stores)

Keep one in your car, at your desk at work and at home. Sip regularly throughout the day… Until next time… Your health is your wealth… Cheers!!!
